Rydyn ni wedi lansio podlediad newydd, sy'n bwriadu difyrru a hysbysu pobl ifanc am y gyrfaoedd sydd ar gael iddynt yn y sectorau Gwyddoniaeth, Technoleg, Peirianneg a Mathemateg. Bob wythnos, bydd pobl ysbrydoledig mewn gyrfaoedd STEM yn trafod beth mae eu swydd yn ei gynnwys, eu llwybrau gyrfa a'r dechnoleg newydd gyffrous yn eu maes.

Mae ein Cydlynydd Rhanbarthol ar gyfer ein Canolfan USW, Laura Roberts, yn cynnal y podlediad, gan gyfweld â gwesteion o bob rhan o Gymru a thu hwnt am eu rolau mewn STEM, sy'n golygu y gallwch chi wrando yn eich amser eich hun.

Nod y podlediad yw cyrraedd merched 11-18 oed yng Nghymru, ond mae'r sioe ar gael i gynulleidfa lawer ehangach ar Spotify a Soundcloud. Mae episodau'n cael eu rhyddhau bob wythnos yn ystod y tymor ysgol ac mae'n nhw tua hanner awr o hyd.

We have launched a new podcast for 11-18 year olds that aims to entertain and inform young people about the careers available to them in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths sectors. Each week, inspiring people in STEM careers discuss what their job involves, their career path and the exciting new technology in their field.

Laura Roberts, our USW Regional Coordinator, hosts the podcast, interviewing guests from around Wales and beyond about their roles in STEM, which means you can now get insightful advice on-the-go so you can listen freely in your own time.

The podcast aims to reach 11-18 year old girls in Wales, but the show is available to a much wider audience through all major streaming platforms including Spotify and Soundcloud. Episodes are released weekly during term times and each episode is around half an hour in length.
